FOUNDER

Dr. Janatha Withanachchi, a veteran endodontist in the NJ/NY area, is the founder of Walk of Wealth. He began his investment journey with single-family homes shortly after graduating but quickly realized that this approach had limitations when it came to generating meaningful cash flow and building lasting wealth. This realization led him to explore commercial real estate and, eventually, a broader range of alternative investments. Today, Dr. Withanachchi focuses on scalable, cash-flowing opportunities across multiple asset classes—including real estate, oil & gas, self-storage, and other private placements—helping others build financial freedom alongside him.
